process:
signal 1 on input triggers (with latency) output to go 0
the output is fed back to the input and makes the input also 0
until the input is made 1 again

turned ON -> latency and feedback to input -> turns itself back OFF

ONE machine
initial state = ON
signal 0 triggers (with latency) output to go 1

turned OFF -> feedback with latency to input -> turns itself back ON -> feedback to input of ZERO

process both machines:
ZERO initial state (off) -> ZERO is turned ON -> latency -> ZERO turns itself back OFF -> the OFF triggers the input of the ONE machine to turn itself OFF ->
